Job description
A company is looking for a Marketplace Support Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to product management on e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and provide timely updates on requests
Implement dynamic solutions and provide technical troubleshooting assistance
Document work, update support tickets, and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
1+ years of hands-on experience with US Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Target, etc.)
Experience with Excel, HTML, or SQL
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to work 8 am - 5 pm CST or PST
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
