Manager, Operations CA / LRA
The Manager, Operations CA / LRA role provides leadership support for Customer Advocates and / or Loan Analysts. Proactively resolves operational issues and coordinates activities and processes within a function. Responsible for achieving identified operational goals as well as reporting. Responsible for monitoring the functional pipeline and support production management to ensure loans move through the process in an efficient, and effective manner.

This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
