PRIMARY PURPOSE :
- To provide receptionist / secretarial assistance to ensure the effective operation of the Technical Services Department.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certification :
High School Diploma / GEDSPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :
Knowledge of basic computer and keyboarding skills.EXPERIENCE :
Basic experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, building spreadsheets, etc.Scheduling and organizing Outlook CalendarsMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
Answer the telephone and respond to inquiries.Prepare requisitions for Technical Services.Prepare and submit payroll.Open and distribute mail.Maintain employee records, i.e., sick days, absences, etc.Order from vendors.Maintain vendor database.Clear purchase orders as they are received from accounting.Pull safety reports for district admin from various databases.Perform other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
