Program Management Assistant Manager
You will be the Program Management Assistant Manager for the Program Management team. Our team is responsible for driving program execution, ensuring timely delivery of interceptor end items, and supporting THAAD mission objectives. As the Program Management Assistant Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in executing program activities, overseeing sales, and ensuring contract milestones are met. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Act as the secondary point of contact for customers for relevant program activities and support program reviews to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Manage adherence to the Production Integrated Master Schedule and direct / prioritize the work of employees assigned to the program.
- Support the program risk & opportunity management board and identify / assist with risk-mitigation activities within the PLT.
- Drive affordability initiatives and producibility enhancements focused on reducing unit cost.
- Coordinate activities between suppliers, Lockheed Martin functional groups, and the THAAD Program Office to clear constraints to DD250.

Basic Qualifications :
