Job Title : Travel CVOR Surgical Tech (Certification preferred but not required)

Facility : Lee Health Health Park Medical Center

Shift : 5x8's - 40 hours / week – On-call required

10-Hour Day Shifts : Flexible start times with rotating days off

On-call requirements : Approximately 1 weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays, ending around 6 : 30 AM; further details to discuss during interview

Additional 8-Hour Day Shifts : Varied start times

Start Date : 01 / 12 / 2025

Assignment Length : Until 28 / 02 / 2026

Certifications and Licenses (Required) :

BLS Certification is mandatory for all candidates

CST Certification (preferred but not required)

Prior travel experience is required

What You Bring :

A minimum of 2 years of perioperative experience , specifically in CVOR and heavy cardiac / oH procedures

Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure cardiac surgical environments

Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures in cardiovascular settings

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a team

Flexibility to work varied shifts and respond to on-call demands

Preferred Education & Experience :

Valid CST Certification (preferred)

Previous experience working in a CVOR unit, especially with cardiac and overhead (OH) procedures

Prior travel or interim staffing experience, demonstrating adaptability to different hospital environments

Solid knowledge of operating room safety protocols and cardiovascular surgical procedures

Compensation & Benefits :

Weekly taxable pay : $2,219.47

Weekly stipend : $1,509.11

Guaranteed hours : 40 hours / week
