At Tonic3 , we’re searching for a Videographer & Editor to join our team and be part of an integrated in-house agency, where Tonic3 creatives collaborate with client partners to deliver exceptional work. As a hybrid storyteller, you’ll bring ideas to life both behind the camera and in the editing suite - filming dynamic footage and crafting polished narratives that resonate across digital platforms.

Position Overview : The Videographer & Editor captures, produces, and edits high-quality video content that brings brand stories to life. You’ll oversee projects from concept through final delivery, working closely with copywriters, designers, and motion designers to create compelling visual narratives optimized for multiple platforms.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

This range is aligned with market rates for Videographer and Editor positions across our hiring locations. While the range is competitive for in-house and mid-sized teams, final compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, experience, and the value they bring to the role, with flexibility to recognize unique strengths and expertise.
