The Human Resources Generalist will be integral to supporting various HR initiatives and promoting a positive workplace culture. In this pivotal role, as a Human Resources Generalist you will be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist will serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering an inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Generalist will support the team in collaboration with operations for employee evaluation program, to include 60-day evaluations, annual performance evaluations, and peer reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Develops site monthly HR metrics presentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Present New Hire Orientation for new employees in partnership with Talent Acquistion
- Collaborate with Operations to gain insights into business requirements and discover ways to enhance support.
- Address and resolve employee relations matters, including conducting thorough investigations.
- Support the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Generalist role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.).Experience conducting investigations and anything related to Employee RelationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this timeBenefits
