Job Summary : Assist in handling of customer orders and issues, sales inquiries, pricing and telephone management by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Order entry for all SFG facilities
• Communicate to Sales Rep / Brokers and issues on new order problems (credit holds, price verification, short weights, and short lead times)
• Transmit daily shortage information to customers / brokers / sales representatives
• Coordinate holiday delivery schedules with customers / brokers
• Assist in all departmental tasks during vacations and vacancies
• Ensure appointment times implemented are in accordance with customer demands
• Handle will calls, special orders, and processing
• SOP credit note entry
