Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator

Maintain a record of accounts payable / receivable

Issuing invoices and sending invoices to corresponding persons

Resolve account discrepancies and report discrepancies to accounts payable manager

Post journal entries into proprietary accounting software system

Possible work with month-end and year end closings.

Providing cost standards for materials and labor

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Administrator

At least 1-2 years of accounting experience

Strong data entry skills

Ability to use excel

Ability to work independently and as a team
