Renovation Disbursement Specialist

A company is looking for a Renovation Disbursement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for borrowers, contractors, and third-party vendors

Process renovation draw requests and ensure timely payments to contractors

Maintain communication and manage documentation for all renovation projects

Required Qualifications

Mortgage background, preferably in customer service or renovation

High school diploma required

Experience in obtaining post-funding conditions from borrowers

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
