TopFlite Components, a division of kSARIA Corporation, is a vertically integrated manufacturer of electrical interconnect products. TopFlite Components manufactures a wide array of high-quality connector products from circular, D-Sub, push-pull, micro-miniature, PCB mount, Micro-D, power, hermetic, filter, Mil-Spec equivalent, with an extensive line of backshells, mold / shrink boot adapters, protective covers, shield termination and custom design interconnect products.

ToFlite is looking for an Assembler to join the team that will be responsible for assembling TopFlites interconnect products. The Assembler ensures our products meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and should be able to follow directions. This position will report to the Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
• Perform high precision measurements using testing instruments.
• If required, request additional information to meet customer expectations and product specifications.
• Help develop assembly and test procedures to promote production of quality products.
• Monitor the functioning of all equipment and report any problems or substandard condition to the supervisor.
• Ensure all logs and records are maintained according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.
• Perform cleaning of all parts as per established cleaning procedures.
• Perform pre-assembly activities such as cleaning and lubricating.
• Conduct product testing and performance testing and record the results.
• Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products.
• Perform installation, repair, and inspection, reassembly, replacing, refitting, and adjusting products as required.
• Keep close watch on materials and supplies to avoid materials shortages. Request material orders as necessary.
• Receive, unload, unpack and transfer materials to different work stations.
• Help develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid any breakdowns and failures.
• Maintain work area clean, safe and orderly.
