Kelly Services is seeking an Electrical Engineer II for one of our top clients in Schaumburg, IL (Onsite). Duration : 11 / 10 / 2025 to 05 / 09 / 2026. Type : Contract W2. Pay Rate : $40.00 / hr. (W2). Interview Process : Virtual or Onsite.

As an Electrical Engineer II, you will be instrumental in advancing our RF technologies and sustaining product development. Your role will encompass hands-on circuit building, debugging, and conducting performance verification testing for MSI products under redesign. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and ensure compliance with stringent industry standards.

Qualifications

• RF Circuit and Communication : Extensive background in RF circuit design and wireless communication theory.
• Design Expertise : Proficient in designing and understanding PLL, VCO, Receiver, and RF Power Amplifier systems.
• Analytical Proficiency : Demonstrates sound analytical skills, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve circuit-related challenges efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with RF test equipment, including Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
• Independent and Collaborative Work : Capable of working autonomously while effectively collaborating with other engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.
• Project Management : Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple concurrent design undertakings, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
• Communication Excellence : Skillfully summarizes complex technical concepts and findings, with proficient writing and communication abilities.
