Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, Accelerating Functions (G&A)

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Recruiter to help drive those key recruitment strategies for our Accelerating Functions teams. In this role, the Principal Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, accelerating Intuit’s biggest bets. This will require end-to-end orchestration, consultation, and the execution of hiring strategies and drive forward thinking innovation across the talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to business leaders and stakeholders across the organization, influencing them to make the right talent decisions at the right time. You’ll play a key role in the workforce planning process for your business unit, setting the pace for talent acquisition strategy and long-term attraction plans.
• Deeply understand the business you support, including its strategy, one- and three-year plans, and how the roles you are hiring for impact business outcomes. You’ll translate this knowledge into outcome-driven, end-to-end strategies you will drive forward.
• Actively engage with and steward top talent, influencing business leaders to build relationships with these individuals, even when there are no immediate job openings. You will skillfully guide candidate experiences helping to elevate the experience we are delivering to our candidates and hiring teams.
• Proactively identify and overcome roadblocks for the business units you support by diagnosing problems, pulling in the right stakeholders, and creating scalable solutions that transform the way we partner with the business.
• Embody your expertise in the talent landscape, educating your business and recruiting peers about the talent market and growing AI fluency within the businesses you support. You will strategically use internal and external data, benchmarks, and advanced go-to-market capabilities like talent intelligence and marketing to make an impact at the business unit level.
• Leverage data to influence decision-making and act as an example of the data-driven culture within the recruiting team and across the organization. You will use data to forecast future hiring needs, investigate deviations from targets, and develop effective forward looking talent strategies.
• Innovate with AI and technology to enhance your own productivity and insights but also mentor other recruiters how to strategically leverage them to source and engage top talent, analyze market trends, and more
