A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Internal Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the ATS to post job openings, ensuring candidates are processed and interviewed within 48 hours
Develop and implement market-specific strategies for filling openings and building a future talent pipeline
Partner with agency leadership to meet hiring needs and utilize creative sourcing strategies and analytics
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
College degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education
Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, including ATS
Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Ability to serve as a Brand Ambassador and understand organizational specialties
