In this key role, you'll have the autonomy to design, implement, and lead comprehensive marketing strategies that directly impact our bottom line. You'll be the central point of contact for our strategic brands, collaborating with a high-energy team to expand our market presence and solidify our leadership position.

Your Mission : What You'll Achieve

• Lead Strategic Growth : Develop and execute impactful 18-month marketing plans that drive brand growth and market penetration for our key brands. You'll own the strategy, from conception to execution.
• Innovate & Launch : Lead new product launches from initial concept to successful market debut.
• Drive Performance : Utilize data and market insights to refine strategies and investments, ensuring our brands consistently perform at their peak.
• Build Relationships : Forge strong partnerships with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing) and external agencies (advertising, market research, suppliers) to create seamless, impactful campaigns.
• Be an Innovator : Propose and champion creative, disruptive paths that set our brands apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning : Craft and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, investment plans, and budgets for your assigned brands.

Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with sales and commercial teams to ensure a cohesive market approach and develop brand planograms.

Market Analysis : Regularly evaluate campaign performance and market conditions to make informed, agile decisions.

Supplier Management : Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers to strengthen our marketing initiatives.

Reporting : Design and maintain brand performance indicators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For : Your Profile

Experience : At least 5 years of brand or trade marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing successful brand strategies.

Strategic Mindset : A proactive, results-oriented leader who can anticipate market risks and seize opportunities.

Strong Communicator : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. You're a leader who can rally a team around a common goal.

Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with SAP or similar enterprise software.

Other : Authorized to work in the US (without need for sponsorship, now or in the future).
