Chief Learning Officer (Wichita based)

Responsibilities :
- Create and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Design and deliver innovative learning programs that address the learning needs of employees at all levels.
- Identify and implement cutting-edge learning methodologies, technologies, and platforms to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Chief Learning Officer or in a leadership role in learning and development.
- In-depth knowledge of learning principles and adult learning theories.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs using various methodologies.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications in learning and development are a plus.
