Requirements :

We are searching for an experienced IT Specialist to help Renaissance drive and evolve our IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily maintenance and updates / upgrades of a variety of company assets and the infrastructure supporting them. The candidate will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, so a friendly and approachable demeanor is required. This position will require a minimum of 4 days a week in office.

Responsibilities :

System Administration

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and user / group policies
• Administer and troubleshoot site-to-site VPNs, including IKEv2 / IPSec configurations
• Configure and monitor security tools like CrowdStrike Falcon and Defendify
• Perform regular audits, system updates, and backup procedures
