We are on the hunt for a highly skilled, dynamic, and motivated Permanent Employment Attorney to join our thriving legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in employment law and a proven track record of providing exceptional legal services to clients. This role will encompass the full spectrum of employment law matters, including but not limited to wage disputes, legal compliance, litigation, contract law, and mediation. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, develop innovative legal strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including wages, labor disputes, contract law, and legal compliance.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents to ensure their accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, effectively advocating for their interests and rights.
• Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies to resolve conflicts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment law and adapt practices accordingly to ensure ongoing legal compliance.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
