Employment Attorney
A boutique law firm with a national client base is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. The firm provides high-level representation to employers, executives, and professionals in employment-related litigation and advisory matters. The practice emphasizes discretion, strategic counsel, and advocacy in both public and private workplace disputes.

Qualifications :
Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in California3+ years of experience in employment law, with a mix of litigation and counselingStrong knowledge of California and federal employment laws (FEHA, FLSA, CFRA, PAGA, Title VII, etc.)Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skillsExperience representing clients in administrative proceedings, mediations, and civil litigationAbility to provide practical and business-minded legal advice to executives and employersResponsibilities :
Represent employers and executives in employment-related litigation including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claimsHandle wage and hour disputes, including individual and class actionsConduct workplace investigations and advise on terminations, leaves, and compliance mattersDraft and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and handbooksRespond to agency complaints (EEOC, DFEH, DLSE) and represent clients in administrative hearingsCollaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategy, risk management, and dispute resolutionFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
