SSM Health, at our St. Charles Urgent Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a PRN / Fill-In basis.   Competitive hourly rate and malpractice coverage provided but no other benefits.  Those with primary care experience encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Educational Background :  Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure and Certification :  Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain one). Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience :   MUST have one-year proven Nurse Practitioner experience in urgent care, primary care, or a similar fast-paced clinical setting, showcasing strong clinical and diagnostic decision-making skills.
• Work three (3) shifts per quarter with one being a weekend shift.
• Must be available for 12-hour shifts.
• Available to work one summer holiday and one winter holiday.

As an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries in our urgent care setting. You will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.  We provide :
