Customer Service Specialist - Tax Services

Pay Rate : $23 / hr

Schedule : M-F 8AM-5PM

We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our Tax Services team. In this role, you'll provide support to clients, ensure accurate and timely resolution of tax-related items, and help maintain compliance while delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do :

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, documenting all interactions
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution in line with service standards
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve tax-related issues, notices, and filings
• Assist clients with account registrations and related tasks
• Enter and verify data, create spreadsheets, and complete payment / filing tasks as assigned
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, policies, and procedures
• Stay organized and prioritize time-sensitive responsibilities in a high-volume environment
