We are seeking a commercial HVAC / refrigeration experienced service dispatcher with a background in parts inventory to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching service technicians across various locations including Long Island, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Westchester. The role also involves assisting the service manager with various administrative tasks and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities :

• Follow company policies and safety protocols.
• Dispatch service technicians to designated areas.
• Assist service manager with organizing work requests and maintaining inventory records.
• Reconcile purchase orders and assist with accounting tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and oversee vehicle maintenance.
• Schedule preventive maintenance on all HVAC / R equipment.
• Conduct follow-up calls to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork efficiently.
• Complete quotes for parts and distribute them to technicians.

Job type & location :

This is a permanent position based out of Westbury, New York.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00 / yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
