What Youll Do :

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders in home settings.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to support developmental goals.
• Educate and empower families with therapeutic strategies for success at home.
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapy colleagues to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes using our user-friendly EMR system.
