About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Success Advocate to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success by providing personalized support and proactive communication. You'll help customers maximize the value of our products and services while building lasting relationships that drive loyalty and trust.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
Understand client goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs
Proactively engage with clients to drive product adoption and usage
Address concerns quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
Educate clients on new features, updates, and best practices
Monitor customer health metrics and take action to prevent churn
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

Compensation
Salary Range : $70,000 – $100,000 per year (base + performance bonuses)
Employment Type : Full-time

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize competing needs
Experience in customer success, account management, or client services preferred
Comfortable using CRM platforms and communication tools
Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (support provided if needed)
