In close collaboration with the Chooose Customer organization, you will own day-to-day relationships with our largest customers in your assigned region, supporting customers across their entire experience with the Chooose platform, from implementation to solution go-live and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in aviation, shipping, and logistics

  • Master each customer's decarbonization program and objectives; direct their use of the Chooose platform to meet those targets
  • Lead complex software deployments of decarbonization programs (SAF, carbon offsets, removals) with support from Technical Implementation Manager and internal resources
  • Identify customer needs and expansion opportunities; qualify and advocate for these internally with structured product feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver program objectives on schedule
  • Balance commercial growth with Chooose's standards for high-integrity climate action

  • 5-10 years in SaaS implementations, enterprise project management, or business consulting
  • Experience with carbon markets, fuel markets, or carbon accounting (preferred)
  • Technical capability with complex SaaS solutions; API integrations and enterprise software experience (preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills for technical and commercial discussions with external stakeholders
  • Self-directed problem solver who takes initiative
  • Flexible with work hours for global customer support
  • Available for frequent travel on short notice
  • Fluent English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus
  • Must be based in one of the following states : Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, Montana, Illinois, Texas
  • The interview process

At Chooose, we prioritize transparency throughout our interview process. If your qualifications look like a fit, we'll begin with a few introductory conversations where you'll have the chance to discuss your experience and learn more about our company. The second phase varies depending on the role and will most likely involve a practical exercise so you can show your work. The third and final phase consists of a one-on-one conversation with a member of our executive team. The process should take approx. 3-4 weeks. While we strive to keep to this timeline, the occasional adjustment may occur; we're focused on ensuring for enough time to get to know one another.

    Pay, perks, & more

We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, voluntary 401k contributions, paid parental leave, a robust PTO package, the option to participate in our employee equity program, flexible work hours, and access to 'Spaces' coworking space. Come join a fun and supportive team dedicated to advancing climate solutions and tackling significant challenges.

We value diversity and believe forming teams in which everyone can be their authentic self is key to our success. We encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds and different industries to apply.
