Powder Coatings Manager - Canton, Ohio - JOB 25-01529 Salary Range : $75k - $85k Permanent Position with Benefits Canton, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks a Powder Coatings Manager who has experience in the Powder Coatings Industry. REQUIREMENTS : High School, GED, and / or Higher Level of Education A minimum of (5) years of Management for a Metal Fabrication and Metal Powder Coating Facility would be Preferred. Ability to use and understand an ERP system Must understand the working operation of apply powder coatings and associated equipment to include the following : conveyor powder coating systems with a 4 Stage Wash, Dry-Off and Cure Oven. Experience with Manual Spray Booths as well as Automatic Nordson Reclaim Spray Booths. Able to read and understand blueprints, technical specifications and documents. Solid verbal and written communications and maintaining documentation. Evaluate incoming sales orders, determine staffing needs, assigning work, meeting production goals, examining in process production, optimize production line efficiency, resolving issues, mentoring staff and solid leadership.
