We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Sale and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction Industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in scopes, proposals, day to day service department, project management, job site management, site superintendent, construction manager, sales, operations management, customer service, and business strategy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business forward, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our overall growth and success.
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
3. Prepare and present detailed proposals and scopes of work to clients, ensuring they fully understand the project objectives, timelines, and costs.
4. Maintain a strong customer service focus, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
5. Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
6. Provide strong leadership and direction to the site superintendent and construction manager, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
7. Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
8. Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry.
2. Proven experience in scopes, proposals, day to day service department, project management, job site management, site superintendent, construction manager, sales, operations management, customer service, and business strategy.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
6. A strong customer service focus, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns effectively.
7. Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology.
8. A degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
9. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
10. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
