About the Role

We are seeking an adaptable, strategic, and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will partner with high-growth technology clients to design and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and programs that enable their success.

This is a full-time, exempt, remote position . While remote work is supported, we strongly prefer candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, TX with the ability and willingness to go onsite to client locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment including sourcing, outreach, candidate management, recruiting operations, coordination, weekly metrics, and stakeholder management.
• Partner with clients to align recruitment practices, systems, tools, policies, and procedures with business goals and values
• Operate at both the hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate and scale client culture
• Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client stakeholders across all levels
