Location : GlenOaks Senior Living Campus – New London, MN

Status : Part-time

$1.50 2pm-10pm shift differential, $3.00 10p-6a shift differential

Position Summary : The Resident Assistant (RA) provides high-quality, person-centered care and support to residents living at GlenOaks Senior Living Campus. Under the direction of licensed nursing staff, the RA assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), promotes independence, ensures safety, and upholds the dignity and privacy of each individual. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while adhering to state of Minnesota regulations for assisted living facilities.

Essential Functions :

Resident Care & Services

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and transfers, following individualized care plans.
• Support residents with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration as needed.
• Encourage and promote resident independence, choice, and participation in daily life activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
