Retail Field Supervisor
Collins Comfort Masters and Home Depot work in partnership to provide Costco members with options for residential Heating and Cooling- Replacement, Tune up and Indoor Air Quality Services as well as Water Treatment R / O Systems, Softeners and Refiners. We are currently seeking a qualified Retail Field Supervisor to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees. The Retail Field Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned locations and the day-to-day success of the staff. This is a full-time position that requires working weekends and daily travel to retail stores around the valley. The typical work schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Be on your feet overseeing 9+ retail stores in and around the Phoenix valleyManage a staff of 10-20 employeesMaintain training, development, & performance managementMaintain communication and relationships with store managementBoost brand and process awareness within the storesWork with Store Managers to set priorities and expectationsResponsible for stores results and improvement through a combination of data and process analysis and active coaching in storesRepresent the company professionally, honestly, and ethicallyQualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
