Position Overview :
The firm seeks a highly organized Litigation Secretary to support a team of trial attorneys managing a large volume of active cases. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoy working collaboratively with a close-knit team of experienced litigators.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and file motions in state court (federal filing experience is a plus, training provided)
- Coordinate discovery and deposition notices , including scheduling and reserving court reporters
- Handle calendaring of court dates, deadlines, and attorney schedules
- Manage case files and maintain organization across approximately 450 active matters
- Assist with CMS data entry , filing answers, and drafting Tables of Authorities (TOAs)
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and document management
- Utilize MS Office, Worldox, Adobe Pro, and Essential Forms for daily tasks

3+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense strongly preferred)Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsExperience handling high-volume case loadProven experience with e-filing , calendaring, and managing high-volume cases
