POSITION SUMMARY

• The Estimating Assistant is responsible for assisting the Estimating Coordinator and staff with Bid process including project set up and turn in, Project search, and general estimating tasks and Coordination. The Estimating Assistant is responsible for the planning, directing, and coordinating, daily construction management activities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. Occasional standing and walking are required. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. Employee must be able to climb stairs and ladders for site access and occasionally tolerate exposure to heights during jobsite visits.
