Come RESPONSABILE DI SALA sarai coinvolto / a nella :
- definizione dei budget e degli ordinativi;
- nella gestione dei turni e del personale;
- nelle operazioni di apertura e chiusura cassa;
- nella gestione della sala.
Inoltre, avrai il compito di supportare e formare il tuo team, assicurando che tutti i membri siano all'altezza delle aspettative e in grado di offrire un servizio di qualità ai nostri clienti.
Per avere successo in questo ruolo, è fondamentale avere una buona pianificazione del lavoro per obiettivi, eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e una predisposizione al servizio clienti.
Sarai il punto di riferimento per il tuo team e dovrai essere in grado di gestire le situazioni in modo efficace e professionale.
La disponibilità oraria richiesta è full time dal Lunedì alla Domenica con un giorno di riposo a rotazione.
