Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Designer to lead the technical delivery of complex, ground-up projects from concept through construction. You’ll collaborate with principals, project architects, and consultants to bring high-quality multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, office, and retail projects to life.

What You’ll Do :

  • Drive the technical side of design and documentation across all phases
  • Lead coordination with consultants and oversee QA / QC
  • Manage construction administration and ensure constructability and code compliance
  • Mentor project teams and support client communication

What You Bring :

  • Professional degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited)
  • 10+ years of architectural experience with strong Revit and technical skills
  • Knowledge of codes, construction methods, and consultant coordination
  • LEED accreditation a plus
