Job Description
The Commercial Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading field operations and supervising electrical crews on commercial job sites. The Commercial Electrical Foreman ensures that all work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with project specifications and the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Commercial Electrical Foreman is an experienced leader with a strong technical background with a commitment to quality, safety and team development. The Commercial Electrical Foreman will serve as a key point of contact between field teams, project managers and clients. This role will plan and organize electrical installations and manage multiple priorities on fast-paced projects while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm
- Weekend work as needed, based on project demands

Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required)Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experienceAt least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman roleStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate team membersExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPhysical Requirements

Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on commercial job sites to ensure safe, high-quality and efficient work.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; plan and execute electrical installations in compliance with the NEC and project specifications.Coordinate with project managers, superintendents and other trades to ensure schedules, materials and workflow align with project goals.Install and oversee wiring, fixtures, panels, feeders and switchgear while maintaining compliance with safety and code standards.Manage materials and inventory; ensure timely deliveries and adherence to purchasing procedures.Identify and communicate design discrepancies, potential change orders or safety concerns to management.Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings, daily reports and timecards.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and advise management on hazardous conditions.Promote and enforce compliance and site-specific safety policies.Motivate and direct crews to meet productivity, quality and attendance expectations while representing the company professionally.Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
