Work Schedule :

90% FTE, 4-5 days / week : Monday – Friday, with a weekend rotation and occasional holiday coverage. Typical core weekday hours are 7 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm. No call requirements. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to :

Education :

If Nurse Practitioner : Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.

If Physician Assistant : Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure

If Nurse Practitioner

If Physician Assistant

All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have : Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
