Our strategy has been to launch and grow the PerfectDraft brand, product range and customer base via our own Direct to Consumer eCommerce stores in Europe, as well as in physical community stores, Majestic and online electronic retailers. We have created a pioneering and sustainable returns loop from breweries to consumers, and back again.
  • The role :
  • Leading Content & Community at PerfectDraft UK, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive Content & Community strategy to drive high engagement, impressions & conversion rates, foster repeat business, and establish a strong affinity for the PerfectDraft brand within our community. The role involves ownership of social media channels, community outreach, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Content Creation : Develop high-quality, engaging content – including reels, images, and longer-form videos - for various social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and appeals to our audience.
  • Roadmap development and execution – working closely with the wider PerfectDraft team to understand short-term and long-term commercial targets & innovation plans, developing content strategies accordingly. Maintain a content calendar to schedule posts and ensure consistent content delivery.
  • In-app, on-site and physical content strategy and execution – together with the Product and Commercial team, support to develop content that strategically aligns with our social media plan.
  • Community Outreach – actively engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive brand presence.
  • Social presence initiatives (strategy, execution, and resourcing).
  • Social performance analysis – monitor and analyse content performance metrics using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Who we’re looking for :
  • Creative proficiency : proven experience in content creation showing visually appealing and engaging content
  • Platform Expertise : in-depth understanding of various social media platforms,

    • particularly the Reels landscape and trends.

  • Community Engagement : social media management, responsiveness and confidence to engage in a public forum.
  • Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills : ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights, measuring content effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • E-Commerce Understanding : particularly in the beverage industry, is a plus.
