Location : Cincinnati, OH or any other Jedson office location

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to assist and lead, while initiating some of the following efforts :

• Leveraging existing supplier relationships for quotations, bids and other support for projects.
• Managing the Request for Bid process (i.e., scope of work generation, bid meetings, site visits, etc.) for parts, equipment, and services.
• Preparing and presenting bid analysis for various scopes of work.
• Attending regular update project meetings.
• PO issuance to Suppliers / Vendors
• Maintain and update the procurement tracking spreadsheets for projects.
• Verify invoices are correct for processing (i.e. Meet project milestones, rates, and terms)
• Assist Procurement Manager in updating / revising Jedson Procurement practices and procedure documentation.
• Assist Procurement Manager in developing requisition to purchase order process flow for company ordering.
• Work with project engineers to identify and / or maintain vendors and suppliers for equipment and construction
• Assist / manage / update cost sheets for EPC project proposals
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, including contract modifications, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure contract terms are clear, enforceable, and aligned with project goals.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
• Provide guidance and support on contractual matters to project teams and other departments.
