RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately enter orders and properly process payment
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
• Count in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
• Prepare and handle any food or retail orders for customer
• Work collaboratively with team to ensure seamless customer service and workplace efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
• Properly stock and maintain station as well as cleaning duties as assigned by store management
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year in a customer service, cash handling or food/beverage-related position
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Ability to properly handle cash
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, management and customers
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift
• Possess a valid Food Handler’s Card or obtain one during training upon hire as required by law
