The Role :
This position is for someone who has mechanical and handyman skills.
Job specifications are as follows
Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot :
- Flooring
- Carpeting
- Painting
- Plastering
- Drywall
- Wall coverings
- Appliances
- Windows
- Doors
- Electrical
- Domestic water plumbing
- Sewage plumbing
This position will also require the capability to perform front of house contractor / tenant liaison meetings and / or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the tenants of a high end medical institution.
