A company is looking for an Epic Prelude / RTE Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Address a significant backlog of tickets while supporting current operations
Streamline patient registration and eligibility verification processes
Collaborate with the Patient Experience team during a staffing transition
Required Qualifications
Current Epic Prelude certification
Extensive experience with Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality
Proven track record of ticket resolution and backlog management
Healthcare registration / scheduling workflow expertise
Ability to start immediately for a 13-week engagement
