The Role The Senior Content Manager will lead Leapwork’s content strategy and execution, responsible for creating high-quality materials that enable sales, partners and customers while elevating Leapwork’s brand presence in the market.

This role will produce and manage a range of content including sales and partner enablement assets, case studies, web copy, blog posts and thought leadership articles.

In addition, the Senior Content Manager will coordinate subject matter experts for byline opportunities, press commentary and other external content initiatives.

As a “Player-Coach,” this role is both hands-on in content creation and mentor to the Content Team to ensure consistency, quality, and impact.

Key Responsibilities Develop and write high-impact content including sales and partner enablement materials, solution briefs and customer-facing presentations

Create compelling case studies that highlight customer success stories and measurable outcomes

Write and edit website copy, blog posts, email content and campaign assets aligned to marketing and demand generation goals

Partner with PR and communications teams to secure and manage SME participation in byline articles, interviews and press quotes

Ensure messaging consistency across all content by collaborating closely with product marketing, digital marketing and field marketing

Maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns, events and external communications priorities

Coach and mentor to the Content Team to elevate content quality and throughput

Develop editorial standards and guidelines that reinforce Leapwork’s tone of voice and brand identity

Partner with marketing operations and digital teams to measure content performance and optimize for engagement and pipeline impact

Manage relationships with external freelancers or agencies when additional capacity is needed

Required Skills / Experience 5-7+ years of experience in content marketing, communications or related roles within B2B technology

Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences

Proven ability to create content that supports sales enablement, demand generation and thought leadership

Experience developing case studies, blogs, white papers, web copy and other marketing collateral

Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing editorial calendar

Comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts and executives to develop bylines and media content
