Construction Superintendent - Ground Up

Overview

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent - Ground Up to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

We provide general construction services throughout Georgia specializing in ground-up fuel station / convenience store projects, office build outs, restaurant / retail spaces, and gaming facilities.

Experience with fuel station / convenience stores, retail and office projects a plus.

Position Responsibilities include onsite direct supervision and coordination of the daily activities of all operations from pre-construction through the close out phase. Including, but not limited to :
