Sales Development Representative
The SDR plays a key role in generating new business by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role requires consistent prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to book discovery meetings for our sales team. The SDR is the first line of contact and helps position Jarvis as a trusted recruitment partner.
Key responsibilities include :
- Conduct daily outreach (75 calls, 50 emails, LinkedIn messages) to new prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and outbound activity.
- Add 15 new contacts, 5 clients, and 3 leads daily to the CRM.
- Book 3 qualified meetings per week.
- Support the sales cycle by passing well-qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Keep CRM data clean and updated.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
- Stay current on hiring trends, industries, and client needs.
What success looks like :
2 signed client logos per month.Consistent weekly meetings booked.High activity with strong messaging personalization.We're looking for :
Fluent in English (C1+ verbal and written).Proven outbound sales experience or strong potential to succeed.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.Resilient, coachable, and goal-oriented.Experience with CRMs and prospecting tools is a plus.Strong communicator with a solutions mindset.Why Jarvis?
