The Opportunity
We are launching a brand new canvassing department—and we’re looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager to take the lead in building it from the ground up.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be the driver of a new revenue-generating team, with full support from leadership and HR. You'll recruit, train, and lead a high-energy door-to-door canvassing team, helping generate qualified leads and brand awareness for our sales department.
You won’t just manage a team—you’ll build it, lead it, and have a direct impact on our growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Recruit & Hire canvassers with support from our in-house HR teamOnboard & Train new hires to confidently represent the Tacheny Exteriors brandManage & Lead a team of door-to-door canvassers in the fieldMotivate your team daily through energy, example, and accountabilityBuild Rapport : Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions for home improvement needsHit the Pavement : Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoodsField Navigation : Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to transport canvassers to and from designated locations. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential for this role.Track Metrics & Performance to ensure team effectiveness and resultsCollaborate with marketing and sales departments to align messaging and campaignsContinuously optimize and improve canvassing processes as the department growsWhy Work With Us?
