Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Basic to intermediate knowledge and experience in CNC machine electronics, mechanics or operations and related engineering concepts (general repair, debugging, preventive maintenance, routine customer issues resolution). With readily available assistance this incumbent :

Machine Maintenance and Repair 85%

• Regularly works independently of others to handle on-site machine repairs of a less complex nature, troubleshooting and other technical issues
• Inspects malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem
• Investigates and resolves customer reports of less major significance
• With consultation of higher level Field Service Engineers, recommends repair, replacements, or other corrective actions

Record Maintenance / Communication 15%
