Project Specialist (Charlotte)

Our continued growth and expansion across the Southeast has created the need for a full-time Project Coordinator team member based in Charlotte . This position is supported by existing design and project management professionals on staff. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, organized, and driven. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to learn new software will be important.

Key responsibilities include :

• Serve as liaison between Operations Managers and VP of Design
• Captures scope of work from construction documents and request quotes as needed
• Verify quotes to ensure the correct scope of work and specifications
• Coordinate work orders, install dates, etc; Including follow up on backorders and project timelines
• Primary support for VP of Design
• Meet regularly with Design and Operations team and communicate at the highest level
• Demountable wall and construction experience not required but preferred
• Experience with design and construction terminology
