About the role
Own discovery to signed agreement and stabilize adoption for referrals.
What you’ll do
Convert routed demos / inbound; add pinpoint outreach.
Present simple tiering; negotiate & close ; document next steps.
Weekly commit review; clean CRM and forecasting.
Coordinate installs with a solutions rep; share market insights.
What you’ll bring
B2B experience (tech / telecom preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
KPI-driven; forecast comfort.
Coachable, adaptable; authorized to work in the U.S.
Spanish a plus.
Compensation & benefits
Commission-based with paid onboarding and performance bonuses.
OTE $50,000–$90,000+ ; coaching, product support, and growth path.
