About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Product Strategy for its small commercial insurance segment. Applicants for the Head of Product Strategy position should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in product management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector, and at least 8 years in leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The role calls for a candidate with a proven track record in team leadership and development, as well as a deep understanding of risk and compliance in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at market intelligence and positioning, and capable of fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Professional designations such as CPCU are a plus, and the ability to champion change management and optimization is essential.
