Job descriptionEnsure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities. Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers. Support stores during key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary. Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed. Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders. Walk and stand most of the shift. At least 18 years old. Read, write, and understand instructions in English. Reliable transportation to assigned locations. Internet access and a smartphone. Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Base pay range : $19.00 / hr – $19.00 / hr
What We Offer
- Pay : $19.00 per hour.
- Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 7 : 00 am – 10 : 30 am.
- Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
- Mobile phone allowance.
- Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
